Local production and top quality raw materials
We work exclusively with high quality ingredients for our purees and timbales. Meat and poultry are 100% Swedish. All fish and shellfish are MSC/ASC-labeled. Vegetables, fruit and berries are harvested when they are perfectly ripe. High-quality ingredients are the foundation of our flavorful purees and timbales.
Which one do you choose?
Texture-modified diet is often served today as a mixed, brownish mush. Or timbales in the form of lumps and sticks. Not so appetizing. But it doesn’t have to be that way. It could just as easily be meatballs, potatoes, carrots, lingonberries and sauce tastefully served on a plate. Try our timbales and notice the difference for your table guests. We have a wide range of delicious, nutritious timbales. We call them the timbales of the future because they both look and taste like normal food. They also have a consistency that is easy and safe for your guests to eat. We manufacture them in our own factory back home in Skåne.

We work with IDDSI’s classifications to improve the quality of life of everyone living with eating and swallowing difficulties, and have long experience with the classic consistency ladder. In short, the consistency ladder compares the consistency of different foods and IDDSI measures viscosity; in simple terms, how light or viscous something is.

We eat mainly with our eyes, and food that looks like food stimulates our appetite. Recognition is particularly important for people with dementia, who may otherwise have difficulty understanding what is being served is actually food. A visually recognizable plate increases the enjoyment of the meal, the intake and thus the absorption of nutrients.
