Baked in Skåne
All timbales are manufactured in our own factory in Helsingborg, Skåne. This means that we can ensure timbales of the highest quality and be flexible and responsive to our customers’ wishes and needs. Another important aspect is that we increase Sweden’s self-sufficiency in this important food category.
100% Swedish meat and poultry
We always use meat and poultry from Sweden, and MSC/ASC-labeled fish and seafood. The vegetables are harvested when they are perfectly ripe with maximum flavor and nutrition. We are actively working to bring in locally grown vegetables, the proportion will gradually increase. Only the best is good enough for your table guests.
Timbales that create appetite
A challenge for kitchens has been that the timbales on the market do not look like food. That is now history! Our timbales look like normal food. This is important because a visually recognizable meal increases the joy of eating, the intake and thus the nutrient absorption of the large group affected by dysphagia*.

Seasoned by chefs
There is a difference between taste and flavor. The timbales are carefully flavored with spices and broth by our chef and product developer, a specialist in texture-modified diet with extensive experience from cooking in public kitchens.
Customize for your table guest
If your guest has dementia, it is very important that the plate only contains food that the guest can eat, nothing else. If your guest is otherwise healthy, apart from the need for a texture-modified diet, it is nice to decorate the meal with an herb in the same way as with the normal diet. Be sure to tell them when serving that it is not to be eaten.
Ready to serve
The timbales are ready to be heated and served. The kitchen simply heats them in a combi oven at 100 degrees and 100% steam, or in a microwave at 750 W. The time depends on the size of the timbale and how efficient your oven/microwave is.
