Cooking directions

Mix all ingredients well and let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes. Set the griddle to level 1 or use a frying pan on low heat. Scoop about 1 dl of the mixture into a wet hand and shape back and forth into an oval. Then flatten it slightly in your hand. Sift breadcrumbs into the griddle or pan, and place the shaped fillets onto the surface.

Sift more breadcrumbs on top of each fillet. Flip after a few minutes and continue frying until the internal temperature reaches 80°C. Let cool, freeze, and store in a container for later use.
