Veal 25.7%, EGG WHITE, EGG YOLK, rapeseed oil, meat stock, EGG WHITE POWDER, onion powder, modified corn starch, salt, colouring (caramel colour), white pepper.
Heat in a combi oven at 100°C with 100% steam, or in a microwave at 750 W. Heating time depends on the size of the timbale and the efficiency of your oven or microwave.
