Veal purée

Veal purée of the highest quality made from Swedish raw material, finely processed for a smooth and mild flavor. Perfect for soups, purées, or for making texture-modified meals – preferably in an authentic form of a veal fillet.

Brandeye’s smart purées are individually frozen drops of 5 grams for easy cooking and reduced food waste. Just thaw the amount you need. The purée is completely smooth in texture and contains no additives. The raw material is pasteurized and flash-frozen with liquid nitrogen to preserve nutrition, flavor, and color – which also gives the purée a long shelf life. Food-safe to use directly from the freezer.
