Preparation
Take out the amount of smoothie you need – each drop weighs 6 grams. Thaw in the refrigerator for 4–6 hours and it’s ready to eat, or leave overnight for a ready-made breakfast when you wake up. Do not heat the purée, as it will lose both color and nutrients. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
