BrandEye’s smart purees are individually frozen 5-gram drops for easy cooking and reduced food waste. Just thaw the amount you need. The puree is completely smooth in texture and contains no additives. The raw material is pasteurized and flash-frozen with liquid nitrogen to preserve nutrition, flavor, and color – which also provides the puree with a long shelf life. Food safe to use directly from the freezer.
