Brandeye’s smart purees are individually frozen 5-gram drops for easy cooking and reduced food waste. Just thaw the amount you need. The puree is completely smooth in texture and free from additives. The raw material is pasteurized and frozen with liquid nitrogen to preserve nutrition, flavor, and color – which also gives the puree a long shelf life. Food-safe to use directly from the freezer.
