Brandeye’s smart purées are individually frozen drops of 5 grams for easy cooking and reduced food waste. Just thaw the amount you need. The purée is completely smooth in texture and free from additives. The raw ingredient is pasteurized and flash-frozen with liquid nitrogen to preserve nutrients, flavor, and color – giving the purée a long shelf life. Food-safe to use directly from the freezer.
