Brandeye’s smart purées are individually frozen 5-gram drops for easy cooking and reduced food waste. Simply thaw the amount you need. The purée is completely smooth in texture and free from additives. The raw material is pasteurized and flash-frozen with liquid nitrogen to preserve nutrition, flavor, and color – which also ensures long shelf life. Food safe to use directly from the freezer.
