Preparation
Take out the amount of smoothie you need — each drop weighs 6 grams. Thaw in the fridge for 4–6 hours, and it’s ready to enjoy. Or leave it overnight and wake up to a ready-to-eat breakfast. Do not heat the puree, as it may lose color and nutrients. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
