Brandeye’s smart purées are individually frozen droplets of 5 grams for easy cooking and reduced food waste. Simply thaw the amount you need. The purée is completely smooth in texture and free from additives. The raw material is pasteurized and frozen with liquid nitrogen to preserve nutrition, flavor, and color – which also gives the purée a long shelf life. Food-safe to use directly from the freezer.
